The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a series of fast-paced, interactive, one-day courses offered to refine a Rotarian's leadership skills and increase their base of knowledge in Rotary.
What: A fun, interactive, hands-on series of courses developing Rotary knowledge and leadership skills. There are three day-long Parts, that may be taken at the participant’s pace.
Who: Each Rotary Club should nominate at least two Prospective Club Leaders annually for Part I.
Why: Club leadership changes every year. Success in clubs depends on the quality of the leadership pool. These key future club leaders are exposed to new ideas, meet like-minded Rotarians, and learn and bring back the excitement of Rotary service! Many Clubs now require RLI for their upcoming leadership!
Where & When: A nominated participant may attend any scheduled RLI event. The events are usually held on Fridays or Saturdays beginning with registration at 8:30am. Institute Locations, Dates & Information can be obtained by Clicking Here.
Cost: $95.00 per daily session, which includes lunch, snacks and materials.
Registration: Participants register at www.RLI33.org and payment is by credit card only. Clubs paying should reimburse the credit card advance.
