District Conference Virtual Silent Auction Information and Donation Form

The Rotary District 7600 Conference: October 14-16, 2022

The Virtual Silent Auction will end at 8:30 PM, Saturday, October 15, 2022.

You may review the auction items on the app, or stop by the virtual silent auction collection area to have a look. All items will be on full display between 5:00 PM and 8:30 PM, Saturday, October 15, 2022.

Bid early and often! ALL bidding and payment for the silent auction will be online using the Bid Beacon app.

The Bid Beacon App:

Use your mobile phone to bid on and pay for auction items.

Go to your phone’s app store to download the app and register to access the auction.


Go to https://app.bidbeacon.com to register for access to the auction through your browser.

Once you have registered with the app (or on the web), click “join auction” and enter this access code to access the auction: WMBNLG

This auction is virtual! You can bid and win from anywhere!

Ensure your winning bid is paid and your item is picked up Saturday night after the auction closes. Those not present at the end of the auction, please arrange for someone to take your item for you.

How Clubs and Individuals Donate Items

Each club donates at least one item valued at $50.00 or more for the Virtual Silent Auction. All funds raised will go directly to the Polio Plus Program.

Items requested:

Services (lessons, legal work), experiences (nature walks, horse rides, massages, gift certificates to local restaurants, celebrity meetings, sporting events, tickets to performances), house or cabin rentals, attic treasures, holiday gifts, artworks, gift baskets, autographed items/memorabilia, jewelry, bottles of wine or spirits, boxes and barrels of wine and spirits–whatever else you can think!

While each club is asked to bring at least one item, clubs can donate as many items as they like. Individuals are also encouraged to donate items. Every bit helps!

Complete the form at the bottom of this page to let us know about the items you are bringing. This will allow us to enter the items into the Virtual Silent Auction app and open bidding early. 

Bring Items:

The Silent Auction Committee will have a room near registration on Friday and Saturday to collect your items.

Deliver your item(s) to the District Conference during these times:

  • Friday, October 14, 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM or 1:30 PM to 5 PM
  • Saturday, October 15, 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM or 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM
